Ordered items from different sellers will be delivered to your registered delivery address separately.
While we cater nationwide, select items such as perishable goods are restricted to deliveries within Metro Manila.
Delivery details may no longer be changed once order is confirmed.
We do not have option for pick-up of items. All ordered items will be delivered to your registered address through our logistic solutions partners
Express shipping / same-day delivery options are available in select locations
For standard deliveries, our partner courier will attempt to deliver your item up to 2 attempts only. For same-day delivery, your order must be received within 15 minutes upon arrival of courier at the specified location.
Kindly expect your items to be delivered to your registered address within three (3) days if within Metro Manila, while those outside Metro Manila would need to wait for 6-8 days
Return/Replacement of Goods
Return and replacements will only be facilitated through the website.
You may return and replace the purchased good for the following reasons:
- The good delivered is damaged, incomplete or malfunctions;
- The good delivered is different from the one specified in merchant's post;
- The good delivered is not the one ordered by buyer; and
- The good delivered is expired.
If you changed your mind about your return/replacement of your order within 6 hours of your request, contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Messenger to check on the status of your request.
Please note that items marked as final clearance, or products that involve hygiene concerns / considerations, and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
